How To Order

Step 1.
Fill up the Order Form at the bottom of this blog.

Step 2.
After we have received your order, we will send you a reply, indicating the availability of the item. If the item is still available, an invoice will be sent out to you within 24 hours.

Step 3.
After receiving the invoice, please bank in or transfer the payment to our MAYBANK or CIMB account within 24 hours. If there is no reply from you, your order shall be released without any further notice.

Step 4.
To avoid fraud, please attach the screenshot of the payment as the proof of purchase after you have transferred or banked in the money. Without the proof of purchase, the item will not be shipped.

Terms and Conditions

1. First come first serve basis.

2. Only serious buyers; no BACKOUTS or EXCHANGE after invoice been sent to you. BACKOUT BUYERS will be BLACKLISTED. (Backout buyer is someone who does not feedback after an order is made).

3. It's fine to change your mind however. If you do not want to purchase the particular item, please do send us an email to cancel the order.

4. Buying is at your own risk.

5. Items are 100% in new and good condition.

6. Items sold are not refundable & exchangeable.

7. We try our best to retain the original colors of the items, but colours in the pictures might be slightly different from the real products because of the monitor setting.

8. Please ensure someone to be on-standby at the shipping address you've provided as Poslaju requires signature upon delivery. If not, they will drop the parcel at the nearest Poslaju office and you will have to collect it yourself there.

9. Once you have received the goods, kindly send an email and notify us. If we do not hear from you within 7 days, we will assume that you have already received the goods.
